Become a Certified International Mindful & Meditative Arts Facilitator/Teacher, Professional , a Registered Mindful & Meditative Arts Certified Professional or a Registered Mindful & Meditative Arts Therapist.
You may apply for the following credentials outlined below with the corresponding education and experience documented in CEU's, certificates of completion, verifiable letters from program or workshop personnel or college credits. Application is open to anyone from any country meeting the requirements set forth. Proof of training must accompany your application as well as the application fee and Code of Ethics (signed ) document. Renewal is required annually and is eligible for those who have completed 10 clock hours of mindfulness education, mindfulness practice experience, mindful art education, meditative art education such as contemplative or Dharma Art, spiritually based art programs, intuitively based art programs, yoga programs including yoga teacher trainings and other forms of contemplative, mindfulness or meditation based art practices, programs and workshops per year.

Requirements: Completion of a mindful or meditative art training program that consists of a minimum of 100 hours of training, live or virtual, MMArt personal practice of 50+ hours (can include mindfulness practice alone) and consists of facilitating live or in-person Mindful and Meditative Art experiences either at the group or individual level during the program with interactive (coaching, email support or Zoom meeting). Must include trauma informed education as part of the program. Certificate of completion of the program is required.

Completion of a certified, documented mindfulness teacher training program (MBSR, MMFT, etc, online or in-person) that consists of a minimum of 100 hours of training, live or virtual, documented personal practice of 50+ hours, submission of 5 different mindful and meditative art session plans with details for either a live or virtual session, completion of mindful art workshops or individual courses ( 20 hours) that include the following:
Mindful drawing
Mindful painting
Mindful mixed media
Various other mindfulness based media experiences with art
Documented facilitation of a live or in-person of life or Mindful/Meditative Art experiences at the group or individual level
Documented proof of completion of trauma informed practice and/or trauma sensitive mindfulness
Portfolio submission (20 jpegs) of mindful art workshops

Completion of expressive arts education workshops, certification programs, courses or programs documented by certificates of completion, totalling 100 hours, live or virtual, MMArt personal practice of 50+ hours (mindfulness practice alone can be included but half must be mindful art), submission of 5 different mindful and meditative art session plans with details for either a live or in-person session and documented proof of facilitating live or in-person sessions and trauma informed practice and/or trauma sensitive mindfulness
Renewal: 10 clock hours of mindfulness education, mindfulness practice experience, mindful or meditative art education, yoga teacher training, QiGong teacher or practitioner training, or other forms of contemplative, mindfulness or meditation based art practices, programs and workshops documented by certificates of completion, letter from the instructor, receipt of payment for the course, etc., required. Documented facilitation hours are required for renewal. This can consist of facilitating virtual or in person group or private sessions. 15 hours a year is required. Renewal fee is 25 dollar per year.

Requirements: Completion of a mindful or meditative art training program that consists of a minimum of 200 hours of training, live or virtual, and consists of facilitating live or in-person Mindful and Meditative Art experiences either at the group or individual level during the program with interactive (coaching, email support or Zoom meeting). Personal practice log of 50+ hours required. Certificate of completion of the program is required.

Completion of a certified, documented mindfulness teacher training program (MBSR, MMFT, etc, online or in-person) that consists of a minimum of 150 hours of training, live or virtual, documented personal practice of 50+ hours, submission of 5 different mindful and meditative art session plans with details for either a live or virtual session, completion of mindful art workshops or individual courses (50 hours) that include the following:

Mindful mixed media
Various other mindfulness based media experiences with art
Documented facilitation of a live or in-person of life or Mindful/Meditative Art experiences at the group or individual level
Documented proof of completion of trauma informed practice and/or trauma sensitive mindfulness

Completion of expressive arts education workshops, certification programs, courses or programs documented by certificates of completion, totalling 100 hours, live or virtual, MMArt personal practice of 50+ hours (mindfulness practice alone can be included but half must be mindful art), mindfulness or meditation education documented through certificates of completion totaling 100 hours, submission of 5 different mindful and meditative art session plans with details for either a live or in-person session and documented proof of facilitating live or in-person sessions and trauma informed practice and/or trauma sensitive mindfulness and a portfolio submission of mindful art you’ve completed.
Renewal: 10 clock hours of mindfulness education, mindfulness practice experience, mindful or meditative art education, yoga teacher training, QiGong teacher or practitioner training, or other forms of contemplative, mindfulness or meditation based art practices, programs and workshops documented by certificates of completion, letter of verification, etc required. Documented facilitation hours are required for renewal. This can consist of facilitating virtual or in person group or private sessions. 15 hours a year is required. Renewal fee is 25 dollar per year.
Registered Mindful and Meditative Art Certified Professional
Designated Credential: RMACP

Requirements:
Documented degree in mindfulness education/studies, meditation studies, mindful/meditative art studies, art or music therapy, theology, divinity, metaphysical sciences, contemplative practice, contemplative education, transpersonal education, transpersonal studies, etc
Documented completion of:
If degree is in the arts, completion of a mindfulness program consisting of at minimum 50 hours of education and practice is required (certificate of completion required), with documented completion of 10 hours of mindful art education and submission of a portfolio of 20 jpegs.
If degree is in mindfulness, contemplative education, transpersonal education, metaphysical sciences, etc, completion of studio art, music (application not theory or history), expressive arts, creative expression, art making methods, spiritually based art making methods and mindful or meditative arts education totaling 60 hours and submission of a portfolio of 20 jpegs.
Registered Mindful and Meditative Art Therapist

Requirements:
Documented graduate degree in psychology, counseling, clinical psychology, social work, addiction counseling, expressive arts therapy, art or music therapy, behavior analysis, or applicable behavior science.
Documented completion of a mindfulness, mindful art, meditation, meditative art, contemplative prayer, transpersonal practice, or other identified mindfulness or meditation practice program completion either online or in-person with a documented 100 hours of education and personal practice.
Documented mindful or meditative art or expressive arts education totaling 50 hours (if degree is not in art, music or expressive arts therapy) including mindful drawing, mindful painting, mindful mixed media applications, a portfolio of work (20 pieces) and certificates of completion.

We will not process your application without receipt of all documents and your fee. You can pay your fee at the link provided above under the credential you are seeking. Payment is made via Stripe through secure measures and you will receive an automatic receipt for your payment. Please note all of your information provided to us is confidential, held on secure servers. If your application is not accepted we will refund the fee to your original form of payment. Applications typically take 7-10 days to complete the process.
